Pecan Pie

Ingredients

1 cup Karo syrup

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

2 tablespoon melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 ½ cups (6 oz) pecans

unbaked pie crust

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly. Fold in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 200.
